Sharleen is originally from Guangzhou, China and came to the U.S. for higher education in 2007. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Mathematics with the highest distinction at the Penn State University, and Master’s degree in Computational Finance (a.k.a Financial Engineering) from Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to becoming a realtor associate, Sharleen held positions in prestigious financial services institutions such as JPMorgan, Bank of America, and Ernst Young, where her work focused on evaluating prices, returns, and risks associated with commercial/residential mortgage investments. She passed all three levels of CFA exams and was a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Being in the Greater New York area since 2011, Sharleen lived both in Manhattan and New Jersey, and eventually settled down in Edgewater, NJ. She sees how dynamic the real estate market is in the Hudson and Bergen county area- various types of residential/commercial opportunities that offer convenient commutes to New York City and gorgeous skyline views of Manhattan. Combining her passion for real estate and understanding of the financial aspect of property transactions, Sharleen wants to help more clients know the opportunities and lifestyle in these booming communities.
