Job Description
Alpha Metro Realty is seeking Residential Real Estate Agents (must hold a New York or New Jersey real estate license). We specialize in residential rentals and sales across New York and New Jersey, providing clients with end-to-end services from property search and showings to negotiation and closing. Whether you are new to the industry or an experienced agent looking to expand, Alpha Metro Realty offers the resources and platform to support your growth.
Responsibilities
Analyze client needs promptly and match them with suitable properties
Manage and follow through the entire rental/sales process, providing professional guidance
Maintain and update property databases with accurate information
Monitor and stay up to date on real estate market trends
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and referral
Qualifications
Active New York or New Jersey real estate license (Salesperson or Broker)
Fluent in English with strong communication and client service skills
Prior experience in rentals or sales preferred, but not required
Highly responsible, motivated, and committed to long-term development
Strong time management skills and ability to work independently with flexible scheduling
